Shiba Inu (SHIB) is attracting the attention of crypto enthusiasts. The team behind the meme-inspired coin has revealed a guide on bridging Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) from the Ethereum mainnet to Shibarium.

Shiba Inu Breaks Down BONE Bridge From Ethereum To Shibarium

Shiba Inu team shared the update with the entire SHIB community on the social media network X (formerly Twitter). They published a brief video guide to assist the community members in bridging their BONE tokens from the Ethereum mainnet to the SHIB layer two, Shibarium.

The recent development has caused quite a frenzy within the SHIB community, with several community members excited about the update. Several community members have shown appreciation for the team‘s action on the virtual display of directions.

To start the process of bridging, you need to have some BONE tokens in your Web3 wallet like Metamask. Once you have completed this initial step, the next step is to open a web browser and navigate to the secure Shiba Inu bridge portal.

Users must link their wallets to the bridge site when they get there. On the website, the connect button is situated in the upper right corner.

Once a successful connection has been established, the wallet balances can be accessed through the Shibarium Bridge website. Users can click the transfer button after entering the quantity of BONE they want to move to Shibarium.

Furthermore, once the transaction is initiated, users will receive a quick notification explaining what can and cannot be done through the bridge portal. The notice specifies that the Shiba Inu blockchain network users cannot stake or delegate tokens.

After initiating the transfer, users will be asked to approve the transaction through their wallet. In addition, the deposit process consists of two transactions.

It also revealed that the bridging process will take about 20 minutes. After completing every step, users can visit chain.shibrpc.com and add MetaMask to access the network on the MetaMask wallet.

Commenting on the update, Shytoshi Kusama, the project’s lead developer, highlighted the introduction of Shibarium Launchpad. “In addition to the opening of our Bridge, the SHIB team is proud to announce the Beta opening of the Shibarium Launchpad,” he stated.

Shibarium Transactions Crosses 320 Million
